Valofessor App

Valofessor is a companion app (PC) for Valorant. Valorfessor quickly became one of the Top 3 Valorant apps on the OverWolf platform after launch.

The Problem

Valorant Game is underserved in regards to companion apps. Having limited options, the Valorant gaming community was pigeonhold with only a few Valorant companion apps that were lacking in performance and stability.

The Solution

Build a new Valorant companion app that offers great performance, user statistics, and features that the players want.

The Process
  • Research competitor apps, features and requests players have posted via Reddit
  • Figjam with Designers, Community Manager and Engineers to brainstorm what is “doable” from requests and ideas
  • Wireframe and Mockup app updates from the “jam” sessions and research
  • Receive feedback from the wireframe and mockups
  • Proceed with the product design, focusing on the UX and creating the UI
Little More Process
  • Get feedback from the designs and prototypes, then implement feedback into the final designs
  • Create and assign tasks in Asana with attached Figma designs
  • Test and QA the Beta of the App
  • Implement QA results and push out a Public Beta
  • Polish the final Beta version from user / community feedback and release Public Version
The Result

The final result of the Valofessor project was a successful product launch, including being ranked in the Top 3 Valorant apps on the OverWolf platform.
